There we would be, having just started to listen to the omnibus edition of ‘The Archers’ from the BBC, and the nasty yellow object would go offline and refuse to connect again. Or we would just have been ready to send an email (deathless prose that had taken an hour to write) and, again, the nasty yellow box would die.

Well done! Congratulations! We are reading this wondering why you don't write emails in Word and then copy and paste them into your email...? It would certainly save some heartache. However, it is wonderful to hear that the Black Slug has come to the rescue. Black slugs do the complete opposite in our garden, munching on our plants. There is much excitement in the Lacey househole as the first seeds I have ever planted are germinating! Great to hear from you again though through the Blog World. Looking forward to that ode...
